Thank you for supporting Al-Mustafa Charitable Trust. Since we are a non-profit trust NGO operating social welfare campaigns on the ground, we follow structured policies regarding refunds and transaction cancellations.
All contributions made to our trust are voluntary donations that sustain our medical camps, educational supplies distribution, and social welfare relief campaigns.
We operate direct healthcare checkups, child schooling aid, and blanket or food distribution campaigns.
Donation commitments, recurring support instructions, or monthly volunteer commitments can be modified or cancelled by sending an email request to our support desk at any time. Cancellation requests related to donations are subject to the refund conditions set out under the Donation Refunds section above.
We aim to resolve payment discrepancies amicably. If you face any issues with donation matching or transaction failures where bank debit occurred without receipt, please consult your bank first. You can also write to us for log checks.
