Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for supporting Al-Mustafa Charitable Trust. Since we are a non-profit trust NGO operating social welfare campaigns on the ground, we follow structured policies regarding refunds and transaction cancellations.

1. Donation Refunds

All contributions made to our trust are voluntary donations that sustain our medical camps, educational supplies distribution, and social welfare relief campaigns.

• No Refunds: Donations once processed successfully via our UPI QR code system are generally non-refundable.
• Exceptions (Errors): If you accidentally send a duplicate payment or type an incorrect amount due to technical issues, please contact our trust team within 5 working days.
• Dispute Processing: For valid accidental transfers, you must present a banking screenshot of the transaction ID, proof of double deduction, and identification. Verified duplicate amounts will be returned to the source account within 10 to 15 working days.
• Cancellation Requests: If a donation transaction has not yet been successfully completed or you need to withdraw a recurring or pledged contribution, you may request cancellation by emailing our support desk as early as possible. Once a donation has been successfully processed, the refund terms above will apply.

2. NGO Services & Campaigns

We operate direct healthcare checkups, child schooling aid, and blanket or food distribution campaigns.

• Voluntary Work: All services provided to the community are entirely free of cost. Underprivileged beneficiaries are never charged any fees for diagnostic checkups, medicines, school kits, or winter relief packs.
• Feedback: If you notice any discrepancy or have suggestions regarding our campaign distributions on the ground, please contact our support team.

3. Cancellation Policy

Donation commitments, recurring support instructions, or monthly volunteer commitments can be modified or cancelled by sending an email request to our support desk at any time. Cancellation requests related to donations are subject to the refund conditions set out under the Donation Refunds section above.

4. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve payment discrepancies amicably. If you face any issues with donation matching or transaction failures where bank debit occurred without receipt, please consult your bank first. You can also write to us for log checks.
